“It was the first time I realized that painting could capture the Word of God, speak into people’s lives and give me the opportunity to share my faith.”

BLOG

Every day all around the globe, artists on mission are creating, cultivating, and contributing in their communities. As they seek to see their art used in the work the Lord is doing, we want to share their stories to encourage and inspire.
This blog is a place to read those stories, giving you a glimpse into how the Lord is using the arts around the world.

Recently, two of our team members, Mat Carson and Daniel Lim, took a trip to the Republic of Benin (located in West Africa) to set up a recording studio in conjunction with Africa Sings. Africa Sings is a ministry that seeks to foster peace between Christians and Muslims throughout Africa. This was a short 3-day trip filled with set-up and teaching, but the Lord worked to encourage and equip all involved.

UniShow: More Than a Show

Dustin Kelm has perhaps the most unusual form of ministry within OM Arts. He performs for crowds around the world as he rides a unicycle--usually a very tall one. Dustin, a two-time world champion unicyclist, draws crowds who come to see his amazing stunt, then he uses this opportunity to give a clear Gospel message. His recent tours have included outreaches in Egypt, Turkey, Switzerland, and Kenya.
